The Under in the Rays and Guards has value. Cleveland’s offense has been far too inconsistent as of late as they struggled with the Tigers pitching staff this week. They will struggle once against Taj Bradley, who is pitching well for the Rays. He threw 6.0 innings of 1 run ball last time out against Texas and has that momentum to build off of. Carrasco counters and he’s been pitching well as of late. He’s had a lot of success in this stadium and should be able to keep this Rays lineup down for the most part. I'm betting the Rays -133 on the money line at home against the Guardians. Interesting spot here with this being their last series before the All-Star break. Not exactly an easy spot for Cleveland, who just played a 4-game series at Detroit that ended yesterday. Definitely a flat spot for the Guardians and they are up against what I think is one of the more underrated starters right now in Taj Bradley. The 23-year-old Bradley is starting to live up to expectations. He's got a solid 3.42 ERA over 10 starts, but has been lights out of late. In his last 5 starts, he's allowed just 4 ER with an impressive 36 Ks in 30 innings of work. Cleveland counters with the 37-year-old Carlos Carrasco. He's got a 5.22 ERA in 16 starts and just anything close to the same guy he was in prime. Give me the Rays -133!
